We are coming up on two years since we first heard of the coronavirus, we are still learning and dealing with the impacts of the virus as it still continues to be a worldwide struggle. Last year, front line workers were put to the test when the Coronavirus quickly swept the world. Health care professionals were asked to work longer hours at a higher risk. Recently, we have taken a step back to look at all we’ve accomplished in our first five years as a home care agency. October is Physical Therapy Month, which highlights the work physical therapists do to improve lives across the world! As a home care agency that cares primarily for elderly and adults who have a range of disabilities, we have had many opportunities to work with physical therapists to care for our clients while they work with PT to get strength back after an injury, surgery, etc.
