Duties Include - But Are Not limited to:

• Assist client with activities of daily living that allow individuals the opportunity to stay in their home as long as possible, such as bathing, toileting, dressing, and personal hygiene

• Assist with ambulation and transfer of clients with or without adaptive equipment

• Remind clients to take medications

• Complete light housekeeping and other support services including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, errands, and transportation

• Plan and prepare meals, assist with feeding, and assist with kitchen clean up

• Provide socialization and companionship

• All other duties outlined per client care plan

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• Must be able to physically perform the duties of the position

• Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English

• Must have reliable transportation and current, valid driver’s license - if applicable
