At Kore Cares, we understand the profound impact that compassionate and dedicated care can have on the lives of those we serve. The commitment we have seen to providing exceptional in-home care goes beyond a job description—it's a reflection of someone’s core values and the belief that every individual deserves personalized attention and support. In recognition of the outstanding efforts of home care providers (nurse, caregiver, certified nurse aide, medication aide, direct support professional, home care or home health aide), we are proud to open up nominations for our 2024 Care Champion Award—a token of appreciation for those who go above and beyond to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients.
About the Care Champion Award:
When people think of health care they often leave out a whole team of front-line staff that provide the very much needed hands-on care. The Care Champion Award has been awarded to 4 recipients in previous years, Desiree, Jennifer, Julie, and Peggy. Now, it’s time to find our three 2024 recipients (2 caregiver and 1 nurse). Nominations will be open until January 31st. We will then review submissions and reveal our decision on KELOLAND Living (date TBD).
A care champion displays qualities including but not limited to, compassion, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and client advocacy.
