Alexis - Brookings Support Specialist

I started my healthcare career in Grand Forks, North Dakota, working in Patient Access, and later continued in similar roles at both emergency rooms in Fargo. In May 2021, I completed EMT school, and while it wasn’t the right long-term fit for me, it helped guide me toward where I truly felt called to serve.

I later found a position at the Anne Carlsen Center in Fargo as a Registered Behavior Technician, where I worked closely with children on the Autism Spectrum and supported their growth through therapy services. This experience really shaped my passion for building meaningful connections with clients and families.

After falling in love with Brookings during our visits to family, my husband and I decided to make it our home in December 2025. That move led me to join the Kore Cares team, where I’m excited to help expand services into Brookings and the surrounding area. I love being able to connect with clients, their families, and the communities I serve every day.
