My journey in caregiving began in the late 90’s. In that time, I have had the opportunity to serve clients in so many fascinating capacities. From long term care, to mental health support, post-surgical care and supporting those with a spectrum of disabilities. Each had its own challenges and its own sense of fulfillment. I’m thankful for each and every one.

I attribute my continued career in caregiving to so many things, knowing that I’m making someone’s life better or easier being at the top. I also attribute having a great mentor at the start. I was taught the importance of doing things right vs. fast, and always come from a place of kindness and respect.

I’m so glad that my role at Kore Cares allows me to have the ability to continue to live out my approach to caregiving by meeting with new clients and helping them choose the best plan of care for them, and being a part of guiding the training of our caregiving team.
