Gabrielle - CEO

I've actually been working in healthcare since high school! I started as a certified nursing assistant (CNA) and medication aide in a long-term care facility and loved working with the residents. While attending USD for a business degree in health services administration, I began working in home health care as a caregiver. I also completed an internship with the nation's largest not-for-profit senior care company, and was eventually hired to start their first private duty home care agency in Sioux Falls, SD.

I was eventually promoted to the corporate office to design the business model for their private duty home care service line. In this role I wrote operations and training manuals, developed the business infrastructure and workforce model, started new agencies and consulted with existing agencies regarding human resources, marketing and sales, finances, payroll, accounting, and software training and implementation.

After seeing how other companies approached home care, I had a strong desire to start a company that was different. That is how Kore Cares was born. At Kore Cares we want to empower individuals to use their God-given gifts and talents to serve those in need. We believe that if we give our team members the tools, training, and support they need to be successful, they will take excellent care of our clients. There is no better place than home. We want to help clients and families continue to make memories in their homes while getting the care they need to live life to the fullest.
