Introduction of Specialized Training Programs: To maintain the high standard of care we are known for, Kore Cares introduced specialized training programs for our caregivers. These programs focused on critical skills such as dementia care, Parkinson's care, and fall prevention, equipping our team with the tools they need to provide the highest level of care.
Recognition and Awards: 2023 was also a year of recognition for our caregivers. Jeanette, a dedicated member of our team, was nominated for the 2024 National Caregiver of the Year Award. This nomination highlights the dedication and compassion that our caregivers bring to their work every day. Professional Development with Dare to Lead: For our administration team, Kore Cares embraced the Dare to Lead program, which focuses on building leadership skills, fostering a culture of trust, and encouraging open communication.
