Caregiving Event: Introduction to Crucial Conversations for Caregivers
Thursday, October 18, Kore Cares will
be holding the second community education event of the Fall series. Haley
Samuelson will be presenting “Introduction to Crucial Conversations for
Caregivers”. Professional and
Family Caregivers, Home Health Aides, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Direct
Support Professionals can learn effective techniques for having difficult conversations.
Whether in the workplace or simply in daily life, when people find themselves “stuck” in a challenging situation with another person there are often crucial conversations keeping them there – conversations they are either not holding; or not holding well. This is particularly true in healthcare, where human lives are at stake and emotions are running high.

Haley holds a degree in Health Services Administration from the University of South Dakota and is a certified Gallup Strengths Coach.
In 2017, she answered a call to focus solely on her skills as an executive coach and talent strategist. In April 2017 she founded Haley Samuelson Coaching.
